To Change Enrolled Methods

Start by logging into your Okta Dashboard EndUser Settings from a PC using your current Hologic network username and password https://login.hologic.com/enduser/settings

Click Edit Profile in the Top right corrner.

You will then be prompted to verify your password.

Followed by an Okta MFA Verification. If you no longer have access to the method requested, you maybe able to use the drop down menu to pick another method in order to gain access to change the lost method

 

Once Logged in to your settings, you will be able to change your "Extra Verification" Methods in the lower right.

If you are adding a new method you can click "Set Up", if you are changing one you alredy setup you must first click "Remove" then it will allow you to setup that method again.
