What is Okta?
We are excited to introduce Okta, Hologic's new way to easily and securely access our company's network and your business applications. Once you sign in to Okta, all your applications will be conveniently accessible via a centralized dashboard.
How will this impact me?
Okta will replace SecureAuth to provide an easier authentication experience.
Why do I only see a few applications in my dashboard?
As we transition from Secureauth over to Okta we are trying to get everyone pre-registered, you will only see the applications as we start to move them one by one.
When will Hologic switch to Okta?
On April 9, Hologic will transition Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint) to Okta for authentication. All other Hologic applications will be transitioned to Okta in the following weeks.
Do I need to register?
Yes, registering will only take a few minutes. Register before April 9 to ensure you will be able to access all your applications.
Do I need to use Okta Dashboard?
No, this is only an optional view. You can still access your applications the same way you have been. All of the links you previously used will still work as well.
What if I can't login?
Please visit the Sign-In Help page located here, and if this does not provide your answer you can click "Request Help" under the more help section on the right hand side to open a service now ticket. Remember to proivde a phone number so IS support can reach out to you.
